SCIM 2.0 Setup
SCIM 2.0 (System for Cross-domain Identity Management), is an open standard that allows for the automation of user provisioning. This allows for a hands-off management of users in PrevailHQ. Simply maintain your directory & PrevailHQ will reflect that.

Setup:
- Find your SCIM 2.0 setup guide here.
- Contact support@prevailhq.com to complete step 1 of your setup guide
- We will provide an API Endpoint & Bearer Token.
- Review your AD Locations & Add them to PrevailHQ
- Build your SCIM 2.0 app according to the AD setup guide
- Check attribute mapping.
- The field that contains the Location name should be mapped to address: formatted
- Assign a test user to your SCIM 2.0 App
- Navigate to the PrevailHQ portal and ensure employee data is being provisioned correctly. Modify the attribute mappings is needed.
- Add remaining users to the SCIM 2.0 App.
