Trouble Signing In to Prevail HQ?

If you are having trouble signing in to Prevail HQ, you can reset your password at any time.

First, head to <https://app.prevailhq.com/employees/sign_in> and click "Locked Out? Resend unlock instructions..."

Then, enter your Prevail HQ registered email address.

Once submitted, you should receive an email with a link instructing you to set a new password.

Lastly, choose a new secure password and continue signing in as normal.
