All About Facets

Overview

Work Climate Facet are like topics or categories of different aspects of your work environment.

Someone can be really happy about a topic, or they can be really angry about it. They can also be neutral and everywhere in between.

You can select 3 to 5 facets to measure at any given time. This is on purpose in order to make it so that sending in how one feels about their work environment is quick and painless.

The easier it is to measure, the more measurements you get.

Setting your Facets

Click on: Your Name > Settings > Work Climate Facets 

Here you can pick the work climate facets that you would like to track. 

The active facets will be shown on the ConnectHQ mobile app for your organization. Team Climate and Work Climate dashboard data will be calculated based on the active facets.  

Not finding your facet?

If you don't find the facet you are looking to track, it could be because it's a topic that doesn't change frequently in the work environment. A good example of that would be "Salary." While people's feelings on what they are paid can differ, it's not something that changes frequently enough to provide insight on a day to day and week to week basis. Finding out how people feel about their salary is better left to a less frequent measurement like annual performance reviews.
