What Happens When a Case Is Created?
When a case is opened, several things happen:
- Case managers and staffing coordinators will be notified.
- You will find a new Case under the "New" tab in Response>Cases.
- You will be able to manage the case from here. You can learnmore about case management here.
- Team absence dashboard will also reflect the new case data.
Who can view a case?
People who have access to the case subject's primary group and primary location. And also have the manage case permission.
