Organization Settings

To find this page: Your Name > Settings > Organization Settings

Admin users of an organization have access to the full list of organization settings. These can be adjusted at any time and caution is recommended, as any and all changes will affect all users in the organization.

Switch between different modules on the top of the page (Platform, Apex Vision, Vantage Point, Work Climate  and Clear To Go) to apply the required settings. 

Please Note: Different settings will be visible depending on the product purchased.

Organization NameChange the name of your organization.
Mobile App LogoYou can add your company's logo to our mobile app, and your users with the app installed will see it. You can upload up to two logos, one to appear with light mode enabled and one to appear with dark moved enabled on the phone.

In/Out BoardEnabling this allows your employees to see who is working and where in order to enable better communication.
All Locations VisibleWhen enabled, this will allow your employees to see and filter every location in your organization; this only applies to the In/Out Board.
QuestionsWhen enabled, your workforce will have a direct line of communication to ask questions and receive replies from the organization.
Staffing Levels Weekly DigestWhen enabled, Managers receive a weekly report of their team's availability broken down by job title.
Time Off RequestsAllow your end users to submit requests for time off via the mobile apps.

Disruption NotificationsWhen enabled, people with Notify of Disruptions permission will receive SMS text notifications when a potential disruption happens.
Radar Coverage For Home AddressesEnabling this will include employees' and contractors' home addresses in disruption events.

Work Climate SubmissionWhen enabled, people will be able to see and submit their personal Work Climate from the mobile apps.

Open Case ScreeningAllow or block users from submitting a screening while there is an open case against them.
On-Site Check-In WarningSends notifications to certain roles to warn that a user has arrived on-site without a valid screening; those same users will receive a failure/new case notification (Please Note that this is used in conjunction with the mobile app and the Geofencing Feature)
Manager NotificationsWhen enabled, email notifications are sent for new cases, vaccination, and test result submissions.
Testing ProtocolAllows capturing test results that clear an individual to come on-site; this can be a COVID-19 Rapid Test or body temperature taken by a kiosk scanner, for example (for more on integrating a temperature scanner, (see our Temperature Kiosk Page).
Automatically Approve Test ResultsWhen enabled, test results submitted will not need to be approved to have a passing badge.
Collect Pass/FailWhen enabled, prompt users if the test is a pass or fail; when disabled, test results are assumed to be passing.
ReservationsWhen enabled, your workforce/students can schedule reservations to request to come on-site.
Visitor Privacy PolicyEnter your message in this text box to inform your visitors of any information before coming on-site. This will be shown to them before they are prompted to screen after they scan the QR code.
